TODO: and FIXME: highlighting in comments

Common conventions i've come to appreciate on other editors and management systems. Would be nice if oXygen highlighted their presence in comments of all supported languages.

Please note that for TODO(though not for FIXME) this already works in the Oxygen plugin for Eclipse.

A general highlighting feature would be nice. Then I could define words and what color to highlight. Then key terms and names that need special attention can be added and deleted as needed.
