Local Character Problem
Hello,
I am experiencing problems when transforming my docbook xml to pdf with turkish characters. There is no problem while transforming to HTML but in pdf, I get # instead of the turkish character.
I tried ISO 8859-3 and UTF-8 as encoding. Both have the same problem.

Hello,
Please try to set a font for the turkish characters as is specified in the procedure for setting a font for the FOP processor. You have to set a font in the FOP configuration file that can display the turkish characters. That font will be used for creating the PDF output.
Regards,
Sorin
