Transform arhive in DITA format

Hi,

I have installed Intel Composer which includes MKL documentation in HTML and Eclipse Help plugin format. Later is located in a folder with this structure: http://goo.gl/JXvP0 where "doc.zip" is in DITA format. Here is screenshot how Oxygen parses this archive:


I wanted to transform this document to EPUB, but I can't find a way to do this. There are so many terms and concepts in this vast XML field that I find it very hard to step in non-trivial example.
If it's not too much trouble, can someone provide me a tip how to instruct Oxygen and transform this document?
