How to perform "Compare Directories" always in new window?

Dear oXygen support team,

I would like to make a directory comparison for two pairs of directories independently. Unfortunately, I failed to do it, as each time I make a directory comparison the old comparison is overwritten. The same for file comparison.

Is there any option "Make new comparison in a new window"?

The same relates to File Comparison: only one comparison window can be opened. Is it a soft limitation?

I've tried to walkaround this problem by launching two oXygen instances, but this is not allowed as well.

Hello,

While you cannot open two instances of Oxygen, you can open multiple instances of the Diff Directories and Diff Files tools from the start menu shortcuts or the launchers from the Oxygen installation directory: diffFiles, diffDirectories

Note that these have a different set of options than the ones started from inside Oxygen(and also from one another), so any changes and customizations you have done to the options must be reapplied for each of these.
