oXygen: "Options" → "Menu Shortcut Keys" in "Compare Files" does not navigate to assumed preference option

Steps to reproduce:
* In oXygen project view select two folders (for inter-comparison) and do "Compare..."
* In opened "Compare Directories" window doubleclick on any file
* In opened "Compare Files" go to "Options" → "Menu Shortcut Keys".

Result: The preferences window is opened, but "Diff" → "Menu Shortcut Keys" is not selected.

Expected: "Diff" → "Menu Shortcut Keys" preference item is selected.

I've logged it to our issue tracking tool and it will be resolved in the next maintenance build of Oxygen v13.1.
