Open File at Caret broken by oXygen 13

Since I installed oXygen 13 this morning, the Open File at Caret context menu appears to be broken. When I put my caret in the conref in a DITA file and invoke Open File at Caret I get: Cannot open the specified file.

Hello,

The functionality of "Open file at caret" is available in version 13 as "Edit reference" (the first action from the contextual menu on a conref). The "Open file at caret" tries now to identify a filename at the caret position and to open that - consistent with its behavior in non referred content and in the Text page.
