Assigning attribute values to specific elements
I have created a number of values for the DocBook attribute "role", in the preferences for Author - Profiling/Conditional Text.
When I want to apply one of those values to a specific element, I click within an element then click on "role" in the Attributes panel. This brings up every value I have specified for "role". Is there a way that I can specify a subset of values that are relevant for specific elements (instead of bringing up all values for the role attribute)?
What I'd like is to click in an element, and bring up in the Attribute pane only those values for the "role" attribute that apply to that particular element.
Thanks

Re: Assigning attribute values to specific elements
Hi,
We do not have any setting from the GUI to control behaviors like this.
We have some Java API in our Author SDK:
http://www.oxygenxml.com/developer.html ... horing_SDK
which would allow you to take control over the values contributed for Docbook to the Attributes editor table.
If you are interested in such an approach and know Java I can give you more details.
Regards,
Radu
