Additional "properties" for code templates

It would be great to be able to add additional system information to code templates, using the same syntax as the ${caret} placeholder.

In particular, it would be great to be able to insert the current time or date (or both). Others that might be of use would be username, system name, environment variables, current file name, current file path, and so on.

Hi Simon,

Oxygen 13 which will be released in a couple of days will add support for expanding a lot of editor variables in code templates (and in parameters passed to author operations).

All the editor variables you enumerated will be supported.
