javaApplicationStub crash

I've been trying to get oXygen 5.0 to run on a Mac running 10.3.5 with Java 1.4.2 but I've been receiving nothing but JavaApplication Stub crashes. I've tried reinstalling Java, trashing oxygen prefs and plists but I still cannot get this application to run.

I noticed a previous poster having this problem with 10.2.8 but not 10.3.5. Any advice?

I can post a crash log if it would help.

Hi,
You can try to copy the JavaApplicationStub file from the directory: /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/A/Resources/MacOS
to the oxygen.app/Contents/MacOS.
There may be also a problem with the installation archive. Make sure the download was successful and the file is not truncated.
