Update links in DITAMAP

It would be great if:
- the ditamap could update links to renamed or relocated dita files
- picture reference links in the dita files were updated to the renamed or relocated images.

I know this was possible in another authoring suite I was using.

Thank you for the feedback.

I've added a feature request to our issue tracking tool for DITA-aware refactoring.
This will be analyzed and implemented in a future version of Oxygen.

Hi,

Oxygen 14.1 was released and it contains refactoring actions in DITA Maps Manager to move or rename DITA topics.

You can safely rename or move a topic to a new location using the new DITA-aware refactoring actions. These actions also automatically update all the references to that topic in all the topics and maps that refer it, starting with the current DITA map opened in the DITA Maps Manager view.

The new "Rename resource..." and "Move resource..." actions can be found in the contextual menu of the DITA map tree.
