shortcut to switch panels

Noddy question from a new user. Is there a shortcut key to switch panels within the Oxygen XML editor?

Hello,

Depends what you understand by "panels".

If you mean the editor tabs then those can be switched with
- CTRL+TAB / CTRL+SHIFT+TAB => Next/Previous editor
- CTRL+F6 / CTRL+SHIFT+F6 => Next/Previous editor. After invoking one of these if you keep CTRL pressed you can navigate through the list of editors either with F6 / SHIFT+F6 or with with the arrow keys. Release CTRL to switch to the selected editor.

If you are referring to the views(Project, Attributes, Outline, etc) then you can assign shortcuts for each of them in Options -> Menu Shortcut Keys. They are all listed under the "Perspective" category.

The same is true for the perspectives(Window -> Open perspective -> Editor, XSLT Debugger, etc), they are under the same "Perspective" category.

Let me know if I misunderstood and you're looking for something else.

Thanks Adrian,
That covers it. I had thought there might be a way to tab round each of the views on the screen e.g. between the xml and the projects in the editor. I've configured it in now.
