Project enhancements

A few small things I'd like to see in the context menu for the Project (and they could use keystrokes, too):

Refresh project
open selection (file or folder) in Explorer/Finder
new file/folder
delete file/folder

Note that I usually just have my projects link to external folders, so these are all really just filesytem commands. I prefer to work this way, rather than using Oxygens virtual project folders, because it just seems more natural.
