Faint Colors in Oxygen 11

Recently I upgraded to Oxygen 11 and the text for xml tag names and attribute names is very faint. The rest of the text on the page (text values, attribute values, comments) is sufficiently dark and visible. I tried to adjust the settings in preferences but I am only able to change the color, not make it darker. I have been using Oxygen since Oxygen 9 and I have never had this problem until Oxygen 11.



Has anyone experienced this problem or does anyone have a suggestion to make the text bolder?

Hi Brian,

I believe you accidentally activated the 'Transparent Markup' option. You can change it in the 'Edit' toolbar. If you don't see the toolbar you can activate it in Perspective -> Configure Toolbars, Edit.
Now from the toolbar select the 'Normal contrast'(first) item from the combo button (see link below) and the problem should be solved.
