Oxygen 10 still producing Oxygen 9 schema documentation

Hi,
I just upgraded from Oxygen 9.x to 10 with the hopes of generating the prettier schema documentation available in Oxygen 10 (you go to Tools > Generate Documentation > Schema Documentation...). However, upon upgrading, I've found that I'm still getting the version 9 schema documentation. This is true for a co-worker, also. Our help desk remotely installed the software on my system and said they uninstalled version 9.x. But somehow the old stuff stuck around. Any thoughts on this?

Hello,

That is strange. Oxygen 10.2 generates the schema documentation in the new form in one of the formats: HTML, PDF, DocBook XML or a custom format. What is your Oxygen build number displayed in the About dialog opened from the Help menu? Does the About dialog say Oxygen version 10.2? If it is version 10.2 can you send an XML Schema and the documentation generated with the action Schema Documentation?

I have XML Editor 10.0, build 2008102212. Interestingly, I have two coworkers with 10.2, and they can both produce the newer schema documentation, while I can't. BUT, they both had clean installs (without a previous version installed).

So, did the schema doc format change between 10.0 and 10.2? Or is this problem an upgrade issue (since I and my other coworker with this problem both upgraded from 9.x to 10.0)?

Hello,

The new XML Schema documentation format is available starting with version 10.1. Please upgrade to a later version because in version 10.0 you have the old output format.
