Sample XML file generation

It would be nice to have the ability to generate sample XML files from a DTD or W3C Schema. Have a checkbox for outputting optional elements, an input box for number of elements to output (for those that have 0 - n, 1 - n), have default data in the elements (String, 12345.67, default date, time, etc.). Default filename to 'name of DTD/schema file + .xm' or sample[x].xml if the DTD or schema has no filename.
