oXygenxml 4.2 unistall problems

While trying to upgrade my version of oXygenxml to 9.3, I am having problems unistalling the old version 4.2. Whenever I try to unistall it from control panel add/remove programs or from the the start programs I get a dialogue box message saying Fatal Application Error. This application has unexpectedly quit.

Invocation of this Java Application has caused an Incovation TargetException. This applcation will now exit. (LAX)

I click on the details button and see a warning message application exception details with this

Hello again,

This error should only occur if the installer cannot find or load a certain DLL file. The DLL in question is iawin32.dll and should be located in:
<Oxygen4.2 installation dir>\UninstallerData\resource
The DLL could have been deleted on a previous uninstall attempt or maybe got corrupted somehow.

Could you please verify if the DLL is still there?
