Relax Validation and Entities
Hi, we have suppliers converting content to a custom version of DocBook 5. We are finding that, just some of the time, undefined entities do not cause validation errors. Are we missing something in the settings? The problem seems to be occurring with both Oxygen 9.1 and 9.3 (that is, the supplier is using 9.1 and we have 9.3 in-house). If we validate with xmllint we get the expected error.
(I can supply you with the schemas and sample XML if you want)
cheers

Dear Nic,
Sure, please send us the sample files to reproduce that.
You can post them here or send them directly to support at oxygenxml.com.
Thanks,
George
