How to insert chapters in bookmap

Using Eclipse adn Oxygen plug-in v13.
I created a bookmap but I cannot figure it out how to Insert chapters. I do not want to doi it in code, want to use the GUI

Hi,

In Eclipse, in order to open the DITA Map or Bookmap in the special DITA Maps Manager view you have two options:

1) If you are editing in the Oxygen XML perspective you can can right click the DITA Map file in the Project and choose "Open in DITA Maps Manager"

2) Explicitly show the DITA Maps Manager view from the Window->Show View menu and use its internal toolbar to open the DITA Map.

Then on the root element right click, choose Append Child and you should have a special entry for Chapter.
If Chapter is not present, this means that you probably had inserted an Appendix and a Chapter cannot be appended after an Appendix.
