I am opening an FO file in Oxygen and trying to "Apply transformation scenario" to convert the FO file into a PDF.

I get the error:

The process 'FOP' ended with code: 1. The error was: License file saxon-license.lic not found. Running with licensable features disabled.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Please post the full error message which you can see in a large tooltip if you hold the mouse over the line with the error that you posted. You can copy and paste the full error message by right click on the error message and select Show message.
