SGML DTD Design Tool

Hello,
Is there any software to read SGML DTDs and display a graphical view of the DTD ?
Is there this kind of tool in the Oxygen software suite ?

There used to be a tool from Microstar Software called Near & Far Designer that allowed design of a DTD using an interactive graphical interface (not just displaying DTD). It was invaluable in design reviews.with subject matter experts. They intuitively understood the DTDs in graphical (rather than code) views.
I haven’t seen anything that matches it yet.
I still have a crippled version running on a windows 7 machine.
