Set Default Value for Preferences in Oxygen Eclipse

Hi,

Is there a way to set different default values for the Oygen Eclipse Plugin. For example for the "Show processing instructions" preference.

Once the end user makes changes to the checkbox, the end user's choices will be stored and later used, so the default is only used as long as the user does not change the checkbox.
