issue with front page not printing on PDF output

Hi there,

I am using Oxygen version 21.1.

I am new to it, so the set up has been a bit slow.

The main issue I am experiencing is that the front page doesn't appear on the PDF output. The icons are also missing. I have checked associated parameters and have gone through any potential obstacles, but could not find anything out of place.

All relevant folders have been set up to reflect the structure that Oxygen uses to read them, so I don't know what the problem is.

Can anyone lend a hand?

Hi Sheree,

In the Oxygen Preferences->"DITA / Logging" page you can set the "Show console output->Always" radio button.
Then publish from Oxygen and there should be a "DITA OT" console view at the bottom of Oxygen showing all the logging information received from the build process, maybe you can see some kind of indication of what the problem might be there.

Other than that, I need more details in order to help. If you send us (support@oxygenxml.com) a small sample DITA project along with the PDF customization and detailed steps about how you set this up on your side I could try to find some time to look into it.
