Java version used by Oxygen

Java version used by Oxygen
For development reasons I have several JREs and JDKs installed on my system (Windows 2000 SP4), from both Sun and Oracle.
I edited the INI file that comes with Oxygen (version 7) to force it to use my preferred Java version (Java 5 update 6), but I don't notice any improvements.
I was wondering how I could check which Java version Oxygen is actually using. Does anyone have any idea?
