XML generation from inherited DTD

Hi

I am trying to generate XML from an inherited DTD file.
The tool does not generate teh elements from the inherited DTD.
Can you pls help me on this?
Just for an idea, here's what I do..
ex1.dtd
--------------------------------
<!ENTITY % ex2 SYSTEM "ex2.dtd">
%ex2;

ex2.dtd has all the element declarations

Hello,

The Generate Sample XML Files tool only works with XML Schemas(XSD), it does not work with DTDs.

In what type of schema is the DTD inherited?
