How can I use the Oxygen AI Positron Assistant plugin to improve my XML content creation and rewriting? I have installed the plugin and enabled it in the Preferences, but I am not sure how to use its features, such as the natural language generation, the readability analysis, and the content restructuring.

Can you provide some examples and tutorials on how to use the plugin effectively?
