How do we have 1 individual topic open as not collapsed?

Hi jonathanm,

Unfortunately, with the current implementation it is not possible to set the collapsible state for individual topics only.
However, we already have a improvement request logged in our internal tracking system, so that our development team will try implementing this in a future release of Oxygen.
I've just added your vote for it and logged your feedback so we will notify this thread if/when a new implementation will become available.
