Links (xref) in conref is not getting resolved in pdf-css-html output

Hello Team,

While generating the pdf output using pdf-css-html option, the links mentioned in the conref of the text are not coming up.
It comes up as shown

If the pdf is generated using pdf-xsl-fo, the links in conref is coming correctly.

How can the link be resolved for pdf-css-html as in xsl-fo?
We use Oxygen 21

Hello,

I tried and cannot reproduced this problem on my side.
Is it possible for you to try using the version 21.1 of Oxygen? (it works with the same license).

I also suggest an upgrade to Oxygen 23.0 (release at the end of this month) to take advantage of newest features (you can use a trial license for this).

If you still reproduce the issue in one of these versions, is it possible for you to provide a small sample at support@oxygenxml.com?
