XML XSD Elements Mismatch

Hi Experts,
I have XSD & XML File . I am loading XML File data into Oracle database using etl tool . But some times the structure got changed in XML file like adding additional fields or adding elements. But file validation got failed because structure different (XSD&XML). But my requirement is exclude the additional changes in XML file then move the XML file through ETL as per XSD structure.

Please suggest.
