Elements and Attributes in TREE perspective.

It seems to make sense that when you add an "element" via tree mode, that it could automatically populate the "required" attributes (much like it does alrady with ones with default values) inside the element nodes.

That or when you click insert attribute, OXYGEN lets you pick from known attributes (much like the element does) based on the MODEL you feed in.
