allow relative linked folders in projects

I just moved a project to a new location and discovered, after doing a lot of work, that the linked folders I had been using still pointed to the original location. I was a little annoyed but I know that I shouldn't make these assumptions.

Being a relatively smart cookie, I figured that if I edited the xpr file directly, I could make the linked directories relative (to the location of the xpr file). Sadly, it didn't seem to work.

I would really like to have relative linked folders.
