DITA: support for all tables in Author mode

Author mode in v9.x currently has UI for table commands such as adding a table, adding a row/column, deleting a row/column, etc. However, for DITA this works only with the <table> and <simpletable> elements. It does not work with specializations of <simpletable>, such as <properties> and <choicetable>, and <reltable>. It would be very useful to work with these additional tables using the existing table commands in Author mode.

Thank you for the suggestions.
Indeed right now we do not handle table operations for <properties> and <choicetable> elements. We will try to address this in a future version.
About <reltable>'s in DITA Maps, the table operations should work fine with them.

When you add the additional table functionality, it would be great if it could support *any* specialization from <table> or <simpletable>.

Yes, my mistake -- table operations work fine in reltables.
