surround with last element tag -- disappeared in new versions

I had versions 12 and 14 for a while and recently updated to 23. I noticed that a button I use all the time has disappeared in these new versions. Can you please reinstate it? It was insert the last element tag button. Now I have to go through several clicks to get to it from the elements menu. I don't understand why such a useful feature would be retracted.

Can you give me more details about the exact name of the action and where it appeared? We have a "Surround with" action in the contextual menu "Refactoring" submenu.
Did you use the action from the toolbar? If you right click the toolbar area, press "Configure Toolbars" you can show the "Markup" toolbar. I do not remember if it was shown by default in a previous Oxygen version. Oxygen 14 was released about 9 years ago.
