some enhancement requests for Git plugin

Hi all,

I filed the following enhancement requests for the Git plugin on the Oxygen technical support page:

1. When the "Commit" button is pressed, ghost the button and show "Committing..." in the Git Staging view status line until complete.
2. When user attempts to push but local branch is behind, update error message to explicitly suggest doing a "Pull" first.
3. In 3-way comparison utility, improve Undo behavior so that the action buttons are restored to the changes.
4. In 3-way comparison utility, disable changes to the right (server) side during conflict resolution.

I figured I'd post the issues here in case anyone else wanted to comment.
