How to set the cookie when using the web author restful api

I want to show the real user name of my cms site in the license server states, how can set the username through cookie ?

Hello,

Currently, the user ID used for licensing is not customizable. I added your improvement request in our internal issue tracking system and we will update this thread when we implement it.

It would be helpful to know which connector you are using? E.g. WebDAV / Git / something else.
