Toggle "move to next" in accept/reject actions
Post by friedemann_bach »
Dear developers,
is there a way to toggle the "move to next" behaviour of the accept/reject buttons? I have a team of non-developers who would actually like to have both options: Either accept or reject a review and let the cursor stay in its current place, or to accept/reject and immediately move to the next review. In many cases, it is neccessary to see whether there are other characters to remove/insert beyond the review (concerns whitespace mostly). Is there a way to offer both functionalities, or to toggle between "move to next" and "accept/reject and stay"?
Best regards

Re: Toggle "move to next" in accept/reject actions
Hi,
On the toolbar there is a V-shaped drop-down button (with a green V) called "Accept Changes". It has actions which allow you to either accept the current change or accept it and move to the next change. So instead of using the contextual menu they might want to use that drop-down toolbar button to control things better. Same for "Reject Changes".
Regards,
Radu

Hi Radu,
thanks for your answer. I have figured out that the drop down button is a new feature in Oxygen 19. We still use Oxgen 18, but in this case we will upgrade immediately. Many thanks again!
