Add support for ux-context-string to WebHelp output

Hi, I'm using the latest version of Oxygen Editor 18.1, and I notice that the WebHelp responsive output does not include the @ux-context-string for <resourceid> in the context-help-map.xml file.

Are there plans to support this in the future?
