Floating license server admin tool
Hi Admin/Fellow forumers,
Is there a Floating license admin tool that I can use to check inactive users and disconnect it? Our company bought 5 license which several users are sharing, problem is some users don't logout their session which in return other users want to login can not connect.
Thank you.

Re: Floating license server admin tool
Hello,
A floating license is released from the pool of licensees only when one of the following situations occurs:
- the end-user exits oXygen and no other instances of the software are running on the machine
- the end-user user goes offline
- the end-user re-registers his/her oXygen installation using a named-user license
There is no tool to deliberately release a Floating license or disconnect one/more specific user(s).
Best Regards,
Costin

Re: Floating license server admin tool
Hi,
As long as the Oxygen instance is running, it periodically (every 60 seconds) notifies the server that it is in use of the license. The fact that the user is not using the application instance is not factored in, just that it is started and running.
Regards,
Adrian
In short, no, there isn't.Another question, is there a certain period idle time that user will automatically disconnect?
