Allow focus to move from Find dialog

Allow focus to move from Find dialog
When I use <ctrl>F to find a string in an editor session, the resulting dialog will not allow focus to change. I often find I'd like to move the scroll bar in the editor, for instance, to see more lines around the found string which is highlighted -- or even modify some data in the editor. In the Oxygen implementation, I must close the Find/Replace dialog to do that even though I will likely want to search again for the next occurance.
I'd like to see the same behavior as in Internet Explorer, for instance, and other applications where I can operate on the page I'm searching while leaving the Find/Replace dialog up. It should remain on top of the page I'm editing so that I can select it again easily without pressing <ctrl>F to find it again.
