Code-Insight Assistant ignore XML catalogs

The Code-Insight Assistant ignore the registered XML catalogs, so i must be connected to the internet or set the default DTD, if i want to use it and the document has a remote DTD e.g. "http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/dtds/xtags_1_1.dtd"). This is the case for nearly allmost documents i work with.

This is already solved in the current development and will go in the 2.0.3 release. The 2.0.3 release will be available around 10th of August.
