Could you be more specific? Do you mean something like debugging what happens during the ANT processing which publishes the DITA content to various output sources?
The ANT processing is quite complex, it has many stages and cannot be debugged.
The part where XSLT is applied on the XML documents could potentially be debugged in Oxygen, for example for PDF generation:
