Is there a way to incorporate a PDF3D or a 3DXML (or any 3dfile in fact), in a HTML publication with DITA?

There is the possibility to incorporate a piece of HTML content possibly containing Javascript directly inside a DITA XML topic:

Other than that, we do not have specific support for what you want.

One more thing, looking at how this web page describes the possibility of embedding 3DXML in a web page:

The DITA XML standard also has an <object> element which maps to the HTML object element.
