Broken Xrefs - HTML to DITA Conversion - Oxygen Batch Documents Converter Add-on

When I convert an HTML file to DITA files with a ditamap by using Batch Documents Converter, all the xrefs among the generated DITA files are broken.
The HTML file was created by saving a FrameMaker book containing several .fm files that have xrefs as HTML.
Is there any suggestion to solve this issue? Thank you.
