Content showing in Navigation on WebHelp

Hello,

I've been having problems with publishing on webhelp. When I use “chunk = to-content” to display a parent topic and its children topics on one html page, the children topics appear in the navigation bar which then disappear once you've clicked on it. How do I get rid of this?
