PDF Image preview in a topic

Hello, everyone and Radu!
I see that Oxygen provides built-in rendering for PDF images. Testing it, I can notice that if I insert a PDF as an image reference, I definitely got a preview image in the topic. Fantastic!
However, when I publish the topic as HTML5, the preview image is not rendered.

What am I missing?

Hi,

As far as I know PDF images are not supported by web browsers, you can test this with a simple HTML which refers a PDF as an image.
Oxygen does not automatically convert the PDF image to another format supported by a web browser like SVG.
So if you want web output maybe you can consider converting the PDF images to some other vectorial image format like SVG.
