Conref push to multiple files

Hello,
I'll try to answer to the best of my knowledge, but I recommend asking a question on the DITA Users list too.
Out of the box, I don't think there is a way to push to multiple targets. You would need add a conref push for each target. If it's possible to edit the target documents, perhaps you can create a content reference in each one to a common copyright notice, one that is perhaps empty by default. Afterwards, you can conref push just once to the reused copyright component, thus updating all the topics of interest.
