Conreffed <ul> list of xrefs is truncated in UI

I would love to fix it because it is a usability issue in O2.
I have a <ul> of hyperlinks that we conref into other topics. When added, it is about 1" wide and 8 pages long. It works and publishes perfectly; however, in the O2 editor, it's a mess. This happens in multiple situations where we use this construction so it is not a corrupt file. It is definitely the mechanism. I'm hoping there may be an O2 option that I can modify to fix this.

I'm afraid I cannot reproduce this problem with an Oxygen 24.1 installation without any add-ons installed.
Looking at your screenshots, is it possible you have some kind of DITA framework customization installed? Maybe this customization provides extra CSSs for visual DITA editing and one of those CSSs imposes some kind of maximum width on the ul.
