How can I configure output text heading for prereq element using Oxygen webhelp?

Hi,
When I transform a DITA task containing <prereq> element using OOTB webhelp I don't get any title/heading for this section of content.
Can this be customized to include a title for the content inside <prereq> element?

Are you looking to put some kind of custom <title> element in <prereq>, or just to have a standardized "Prerequisites" title that precedes the element content?
