Keep the TOC in topic page fixed for Webhelp responsive in Oxygen 24

Hi,

In Oxygen XML 24 version webhelp responsive output topic page, the Publication Table of Contents does not remain fixed.
There is a vertical scroll and the height grows as the user scrolls down. It is not a good user experience.
How can we make it to remain fixed as it was in 23.1 version?

As it is not crystal clear for us what you refer to by

to investigate this, we need you to contact us on our official support email address - support@oxygenxml.com - and please attach a small video (screen recording) that depicts this issue.

If the video size would be too large, you could also use the online support form to attach it, instead of attaching it to your email.

Is there a solution for this? I also would like the Publication TOC and Topic TOC to remain "sticky" on all topic pages (i.e. not scroll at all).

Both Publication TOC and Topic TOC are sticky. An example can be found on our user-guide:
