How to customize the file names for html output?

Hi,
The "args.output.base " is useful when you publish the DITA project o a single output file, like a PDF.
For what you want maybe setting the @copy-to attribute on each individual reference might help:

Or as an alternative in the publishing Parameters list there is a "force-unique" parameter which when enabled creates unique HTML file names or each reference, but it does not allow you to customize how each individual HTML file is named.
