Collapsible elements in Tree layout

Hi,

If there are two levels of topicrefs in a ditamap, i think the Tree layout adds a collapsible symbol before the first level. This is good.

If there is a collapsible symbol against a text, the expectation is that when i click the text (not the symbol), it expands and not behave like a link. It is acting like a link because there could be an href defined in the topicref. Fair enough.

But, if there is no href in the topicref, currently, clicking on the text does nothing.

I think clicking the text should expand it if there is no href defined. Is there a way i can get that?
